This is our second time building a home but our first time using 42 North. The overall design of our current home certainly exceeded our expectations. We love the layout of our home and it fits the needs of our family perfectly. Our house was featured in the Parade of Homes and the feedback we received from that was very complimentary. 42 North also went above and beyond by making it out to the construction site regularly to help oversee the build process while providing us with invaluable input. It would be difficult to overstate our satisfaction with Ryan and his team.
